American Property Works was founded in 2005 when Nathan Loum and Jake Loum, two brothers in highschool, decided to persue opening a landscaping company. They started by mowing lawns in the surrounding neighborhoods and began to grow a small client base. Although they were working out of the back of a small station wagon with just a push mower and a few hand tools they had dreams of building a company that was focused on great customer service and quality work. As the years passed the company grew and evolved into the realm of landscape installation as well as mainatenance. With the expanding scope of work the company was divided into specialized brands to offer clients the highest quality craftsmanship while continuing to strive for the best customer service in the industry. Today the American Property Works Group brings you the experts in the outdoor, landscape, drainage, and landcare fields. The APW Group now serves Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Florence, Scottsboro, Guntersville, Albertville, and all of the surrounding communities in North Albama. Our business was founded on building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and this remains our primary focus today.
